Assessing Determinants of Continuance Intention towards Personal Cloud Services: Extending UTAUT2 with Technology Readiness

In addition to the rapid development of global information and communications technology (ICT) Internet, recent growth in cloud computing represents another important trend. Individual continuance intention towards is a critical area which systems research can be performed. This study aims develop an integrated model designed explain predict individual’s personal services based on concepts readiness (TR) unified theory acceptance use 2 (UTAUT2), moderated by gender, age, experience services. The key results partial least square test largely support proposed model’s validity significant impact effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, providing symmetric theoretical with transforming individual characteristics TR into UTAUT2, this could used enhance analyze users’ adoption also increase symmetry explanation prediction. findings from contribute practical implications academic resources as well improving our understanding service applications.
